When will these new changes take effect?

The new subscription system is now in place.

How do I log in?

When trying to access subscriber only material, a login screen will pop up. Or you can log in here. You have two options for signing in:

  • If we have an email on file for you, you may enter your email and then click “forgot password”.  At that time you will be sent an email with further instructions.  When doing this you will also be able to set up a new password that is specific only to your account, making it very easy to login in the future.

  • Use your zip code and renewal code found on this print issue (RW 121 or later).

What are the features of the new subscription system?

The new subscription system allows you to easily manage your subscription online, providing you with the ability to subscribe online, pay for your subscription online using a credit card, setup auto-renewal, gift subscriptions to others, and check your subscription status anytime you’d like.

I already have an auto-renewed subscription; do I need to do anything?

Yes. Due to credit card security, we are not able to migrate credit card numbers from the old system to the new system. So when it comes time to renew your subscription, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information.

Can I still renew my subscription by mail with a check?

Yes, that option will still be available. However, we will only be able to accept payments in U.S. dollars, so online subscriptions renewals are encouraged. Using the new online system reduces waste by saving paper and postage when renewing subscriptions, as well as reduces the amount of staff time and money needed to process renewals.

Will the new subscription system process payments from Canada and other countries?

Yes. The new subscription system processes payments in U.S. dollars, but you’ll still be able to you use your Canadian credit card or a card from another country. The exchange rate will be applied by your credit card at the time of transaction (just as if you were visiting the US and making a store purchase).

What is the e-version?

The e-version is a replica of the print magazine in terms of layout, meaning you’ll be able to flip through it online just as you would with the print magazine.

But you already have the website What’s the difference?

The e-version is a page-by-page replica of the hard copy, whereas the website - - has each article on a separate web page. So the key difference is how you navigate the content - flipping electronic pages vs. clicking links. is still available to non-subscribers so new people can discover Reformed Worship. However, after a certain number of pageviews per month or if accessing the latest version, users will be prompted to subscribe (or log in, if already a subscriber) to continue using the site.

The e-version is available only to current subscribers and includes some copyrighted content that we can’t put onto the website.

Can I choose to only subscribe to the e-version of Reformed Worship?

Yes! You have the option of an e-version-only subscription. This option is especially convenient for international subscribers, those who have limited shelf space, or for those that simply prefer a digital version.
