Gracia Grindal (GGrindal@luthersem.edu) is professor of rhetoric at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota. She has written many hymns, some of which are found in her published collection ,em>We Are One in Christ, and is author of Lessons in Hymnwriting (both available from The Hymn Society, www.thehymnsociety.org).
