This sending liturgy originally appeared in "Until He Comes—Lord's Supper: Six Themes with Liturgy."

Note: This was written to come at the end of a service in which the Lord's Supper had been celebrated, but it can be used in wider contexts.

Benediction

May this day serve to equip us as your
servants in the power of the Holy
Spirit for the establishing and increasing
of our faith and for hope of life in
the age to come through our Lord
Jesus Christ.

To you, O Father, with him and with
the Holy Spirit be glory forever. Amen.

The Doxology
